The quality of work was excellent and the crews for both projects were very professional. Even though we had some friction Power was quick to address all our concerns. We love the final outcome and will definitely give Power a call next time we have a project. The installation crew were very meticulous and thorough. When a request was made, they were both courteous and responsive. Also, the sales people and inspectors were quite knowledgeable and helpful.
Highly recommend for window purchase and installment. Pretty much all individuals I've dealt with in regard to this transaction did a good job, start to finish. The guidance on the process up to this install was very helpful & that I had an option for an even earlier install was nice. Needless to say everything to eye promised they did not deliver on. Well 4 days after installing of new roof my dormers are leaking.

Not sure who runs a business this way, I feel lied to deceived and taken advantage of, once Power had my money. I would not recommend them to anyone and have seen many complaints like this on the web. Do yourself a favor and look at a hood local company. Power is too big of a company with too many people to be able to handle your project personally, especially when something goes wrong.
However, preceding this, the sales & quality assurance people were very thorough & gracious. The dumpster and all materials for the roofing project were delivered the day before the work was scheduled. Power provided high quality 1/2 inch plywood sheathing. The six person crew stripped off the old roof, resheathed it, and completed a quality shingling job in one day (~8AM - ~6PM) completing the work in the dark. Even in the dark they did a great clean-up job at the end of the project.

We had all our windows replaced by this company in 2014 and have had to replace nearly all the windows for broken seal. Initially, requests for replacements were responded to within a few months which was reasonable, however starting two years ago, they have NOT replaced any of the now ten or 12 windows . We have waited patiently for request for two years... These windows look terrible and I have to confirm but I think our sliding glass door is beginning to fail. I paid a LOT of money for these windows and IF they decide to replace the dozen or so that we currently have , WHY WHY WHY should I have to have the same defective windows installed. This is a SCAM and I plan to pursue legally and report to Consumer Affairs at Phila.'s Attorney General's office.
Salesman Tyler measured for 5 windows only put four on the order, so only the four were installed. Would NOT have paid that much money for just four windows. Tyler lied, scammed and never came back to check the windows out because he knows he screwed up and he should be man enough to admit his errors. Called the company to rectify the problem and never got a call back from Tyler or anyone else. I will be calling HQ and our local news to report them.

I Do Not negotiate any deals or contracts with ANYONE without comparison shopping and vetting the company trying to earn my business. Why would there be a need to discuss financing on the same day the Free Estimate is done? That's why I had another company replace my roof instead of Power Home.. Based on the reviews and complaints, I know that I made the correct decision. We had a separate install day for the front door and once again the man was professional and courteous and did a wonderful job with the installation of the door. He also helped with looking at the front and the back outside and inside door framing and helped me make some decisions there.
I want my 5th window at the price that was agreed on and Tyler should have eat the price of the 5th window. This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback. I will likely have to have another window company replace the glass. One window was missing and one window was broken. The installer told me I had to sign off so that the “fix” could be handled in a few weeks.
On October 1, 2022 the winds from tropical storm INA, pulled the vinyl panel out of the channels that was holding it near the house and it is now flappping madly in the wind. I have a leak in my roof installed by Power Remodeling in 2020. During a hard rainstorm the other day there is leaking into my newborn grandson's bedroom. I called the company and spoke to Nick who stated that I would receive a return call regarding my issues. I have yet to receive that return call to schedule someone to come out and handle the problem. I asked her for the CEO email address it won’t provide to me they’ll keep giving me the local office and the local office is not doing anything but keep appointments for me and they do nothing. I was wanting to get some more doors from them but the way I’ll be in treat never.
