The broken window was scheduled to be fixed in May. When the date came, the window was not available. Funds were collected for the unfinished project. A complaint was put in with the Better Business Bureau.

However, preceding this, the sales & quality assurance people were very thorough & gracious. The dumpster and all materials for the roofing project were delivered the day before the work was scheduled. Power provided high quality 1/2 inch plywood sheathing. The six person crew stripped off the old roof, resheathed it, and completed a quality shingling job in one day (~8AM - ~6PM) completing the work in the dark. Even in the dark they did a great clean-up job at the end of the project.

Joe gave us a packet with everything explained in writing - the process step by step. The original door to door sales people made me feel at ease in explaining the free estimate and explanation of services. The sales person who came in and did the estimates was amazing! He put my mind at ease in regards to the legitimacy of the company.

Also I allow them to put windows in my rental properties given the additional business and I’m being treated like this and do not make any sense to me.

Did they provide a good value for their service? They do provide a good product as far as I know. Their installation team was effective and fast. The problem is that once they ruin something in your house, good luck trying to get them.

We are expecting to need a new roof in a few years and plan to call them again then. It is important to do research for any financial transaction. They come into your community to allegedly schedule Free Estimates good for two years. The reps they send out to schedule appointments are very professional. I am the Homeowner, I make the decisions and am highly offended.

When we called to get it repaired they gave us a date that was 3 weeks out, and then they called us back to cancel and reschedule at an even later date. This appointment date was changed due to negligence in their scheduling. For the Premium price we paid for our windows, the quality of materials/installation is not up to standards. This is the 2nd time we have had to call them out to repair the same window. The install manager had no sense of urgency for our problem, nor did it seem like he was trying to resolve the problem.
